Acceptable Use Policy

Vibie is for people who build cool stuff with AI and want a permanent URL. We keep rules simple and enforce them consistently.

If you have to ask "is this allowed", it probably isn't. When in doubt, email hello@vibie.io before publishing.

These trigger immediate removal and may be reported to authorities:

• Sexual content involving minors (CSAM) — zero tolerance, reported to NCMEC and Korean authorities
• Phishing / fraud / scams targeting users with deceptive intent
• Malware, exploits, drive-by downloads, browser hijackers
• Doxxing (publishing private info about real people without consent)
• Content inciting violence against specific groups
• Stolen credentials, leaked data dumps, hacking tools

Allowed with conditions:

• Adult content (legal nudity, mature themes): requires clear warning page and is_public=false
• Cryptocurrency / NFT projects: must be legitimate, no rug-pull patterns, no fake exchange UIs
• Personal homepages mentioning real people: only if it's you, or you have explicit permission
• Affiliate links: OK if disclosed, not OK if the entire site is a thinly disguised link farm

Things that are legal but don't fit the free tier:

• Heavy commercial sites with significant business traffic (move to Pro or a real host)
• Production-critical infrastructure (we make no SLA promises)
• Hot-link target for high-bandwidth assets (images, videos used by external sites)
• Content delivery / CDN-style usage of arbitrary files

Don't:

• Create multiple accounts to bypass site limits or escape reports
• Spam-report sites you don't actually believe violate rules
• Use Vibie to send unsolicited email referencing Vibie URLs
• Buy or sell Vibie accounts or slugs

First-time minor violations: warning + site removal. We email you why.

Repeat or serious violations: account ban. Your data is exportable for 14 days before permanent deletion.

We log enforcement actions and review patterns to keep enforcement fair. Disputes: email hello@vibie.io within 14 days of action.

Each site has a Report button. Pick a reason, add details, submit. Anonymous reports are allowed but limited per IP.

We review reports within 24 hours during early access. Confirmed violations result in takedown within 24 hours of confirmation.
