Terms of Service
The rules for using Vibie.
Last updated · 2026-05-16
1. What Vibie is
Vibie is a static-site hosting service for vibe coders. You drop a folder of HTML/CSS/JS files and we host it at a permanent {slug}.vibie.page URL. By using Vibie you agree to these Terms.
These Terms are between you and Vibie. If you create an account or upload content, you accept them.
2. Account
You sign in with Google. You're responsible for what happens on your account — keep your Google credentials secure.
You must be 14 or older to use Vibie. Accounts found to belong to children under 14 will be removed.
One person, one account. Multi-accounting to bypass site limits or reports is grounds for removal.
3. Your content
You retain all ownership of files you upload. You grant Vibie a non-exclusive license to host, serve, and display your content for the purpose of running the service.
If your site is set to public, you also grant other users the right to view it. This license ends when you delete the site.
You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload everything in your folder — including code, images, fonts, and copy.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Vibie to host or distribute:
- Phishing, scams, or other content designed to defraud
- Malware, exploits, or scripts that compromise visitors
- Sexually explicit content involving minors (CSAM) — reported to authorities, account banned
- Other adult content without explicit content warnings
- Copyrighted material you don't have rights to
- Content that incites violence, harassment, or discrimination
- Spam, link farms, or SEO manipulation pages
See our full Acceptable Use Policy for details. Violations may result in site removal or account ban. We comply with valid legal requests.
5. Service availability
We aim for high uptime but make no SLA guarantee during early access. Vibie is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We may need to perform maintenance, upgrades, or migrations that briefly take parts of the service offline. We'll communicate when reasonably possible.
6. Termination
You can delete your account anytime at /settings/account. We grant a 30-day grace window — your data is fully removed after that.
We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. For serious violations (CSAM, fraud, malware) we may act without notice.
7. Pricing
Vibie is free during early access. The Pro tier and pricing will be announced before any charges apply. You won't be billed without explicit opt-in.
Free accounts have site count and storage limits (see /pricing). We may adjust limits with reasonable notice.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibie is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is capped at fees paid to Vibie in the prior 12 months (or $50 for free users).
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced via email or on the site at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Korea. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Seoul, unless local consumer protection law requires otherwise.
